The exterior pairs pre-painted cement board siding with vertical planks of Shou Sugi Ban—Japanese burnt cedar—for a natural, enduring façade.

Inside, cedar ceilings and maple floors warm the open living spaces, anchored by a Nordic-style flat-panel kitchen and illuminated by an exposed ridge beam. A floating maple stair leads to a lower-level office with built-in bookcases, a concealed Murphy bed, and generous garden light. Both bathrooms feature radiant floors and curbless showers.

Sustainability drives every decision—solar power, geothermal systems, Tesla backup batteries, and a Span smart panel support off-grid performance.
