Our clients envisioned a multi-functional accessory building to complete their forever home. Their wish list included an auto loft for their car collection, a guest house for visiting family, and a pool house to support a newly installed pool.

The result is a meticulously designed structure featuring a three-bay garage that accommodates up to seven cars with lifts. The second level offers a guest suite, bonus room, and a recessed deck overlooking the pool, along with a secondary dry bar for entertaining. Poolside, the cabana room opens onto a bluestone patio, complete with a seating area and a striking bar. A discreet paneled wall conceals ample storage, ensuring a clean, streamlined aesthetic.

Timeless New England details, like the graceful swooping roofline, copper accents, and fieldstone up to the water table, infuse this versatile space with classic charm.
