CHARLESTOWN CURB APPEAL
CONTEXTUAL RENEWAL
Located in historic Charlestown in the shadow of Bunker Hill, this residence has been thoughtfully renovated and expanded to support modern family living while reinforcing its Greek Revival character. A reconfigured layout improves flow and storage, while a new third-floor addition introduces a private primary suite with access to a roof deck.
Façade updates are carefully composed to align with the home’s historic context, enhancing curb appeal and strengthening continuity with the surrounding streetscape. This project was subject to review by the Boston Redevelopment Authority, Historic Charlestown, and the Boston Zoning Board of Appeals.
