Design Development

We will further develop your preferred scheme and begin selecting key materials and finishes, including flooring, cabinetry, windows, doors, and trim. During this phase, the design becomes more fully resolved and you will begin to clearly “see” your new home take shape. The resulting drawing set may be used for preliminary pricing and early coordination with the construction team.
