A 15,000-square-foot brewery and taproom for True North Ales. The soaring taproom centers on a 32-foot custom wood bar with views into the brewhouse, while an adjacent patio extends the experience outdoors. Production needs, event space, and food-truck-based service were integrated through thoughtful site planning, resulting in a destination that balances efficiency with hospitality.
