Cassidy is a golden Lab who brings a little extra happiness to the Red Barn team. With a welcoming spirit and an instinct for making people smile, she embodies our promise to “Come Home to Happy”—one tail wag at a time. As part of the McShera family, Cassidy shares her home with a brother and a sister, so she knows a thing or two about being part of a team. Her role at Red Barn is simple but essential: offer a friendly greeting, encourage a little play, and remind everyone to pause and enjoy the moment. Whether at home with her family or keeping the studio company, Cassidy brings warmth, companionship, and plenty of personality wherever she goes.
What part of the design process lights you up the most?
When my dog walker comes and takes me outside! OOO or when I take naps!!
Outside of work, what makes you HAPPY?
Long walks, treats and spending time with my favorite people.
Coffee or tea—and how do you take it?
Water, please. Preferably followed by a treat and being pet.

Unlicensed food inspector.
