SEE OUR WORK
A young man sitting at a wooden table, writing in a notebook with books, notebooks, and cups around him, near a window with an outdoor view.

What part of the design process lights you up the most?
Meeting homeowners and understanding their dreams and priorities.

Can you share a favorite project (or moment in a project)?

Integrating a CNC-milled pattern that was significant to the homeowners into the rosettes of a home’s window and door casings—small details that added richness throughout.

A guiding principle of Red Bard is “Work Hard and Be Nice to People”. How do you try to bring that into your everyday?
By volunteering after hours on local community projects.

Is there a particular area of design you feel especially passionate about?

High-performing, practical construction details—solutions that balance efficiency, affordability, and beauty.

Outside of work, what makes you HAPPY?
Spending time with my wife, our son, and our dog, Pepper.
